I will cut out carbs all together and watch out, honey, I'm going to be hell to live with....I have been taking clen/t3/eca for six weeks now...I do cardio morning and night. My carbs are low, but yes I will cut them out all together. If that doesn't work, you will be the first to donate to my fund right????? Lest not forget too that us women who have had children sometimes have a little harder time looking like we did when we were 20. Texas Guns IP: Logged |

Do not cut carbs completely, you will still need them to function. Just consume them in the morning and directly after wo. I would have 1 serving oatmeal, that is 26 gms of medium to low glycemic carbs and 4 eggs for breakfast, than have proteing through out the day, by eating tuna and chicken and having one or two protein drinks. Absolutely no carbs before workout, and when done working out, cardio included, wait about another 2-30 minutes then consume another 25-30 gms of carbs (high glycemic)say 1/4 of a bottle of carbo force/carbo fuel. Don't go ever 1gm of protein per pound of bodyweight. For example if you consumed protein according to last post that would be upwards of 300 gms which equals 1200 calories. I right now consume on average all sources included, 1000-1500 calories and I cardio, lift hard and heavy and I can only drop 1 pound per week which is my target. I weigh 207.75 right now. It takes time. Remember any excess can be stored as fat. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Haven't checked body fat....don't want to start kicking and screaming in the floor right there in the gym once I find out...I used to do the caliper test, but I am not sold on the skin fold theory. IP: Logged |

Skin fold theory is based on population averages. It is fairly accurate if done by the same person each time. Also, I use the skin fold test to determine my skin thickness's, the thinner my skin the less fat I have between the muscle and skin. Hence more definition. I really don't concern myself too much with the % because that is a highly relative term. So much goes into this that it is almost a black art. What works for one doesn't for another. You need to find what works for you and stick with it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Diet is the key. If you're supplementing and not following through with proper eating habits your just fluching those supplements down the drain. Cut down on processed carbs, the white, starchy stuff. If you're eating bread, eat pumpernikle or dark grains. Eat red or brown rice etc. The only saving grace for liposuction is (if done properly) the fat won't come back there. The bad part is, it's going to go somehwere. IP: Logged |

Get the lipo, it is the ONLY way to PERMANENTLY remove fats cells. Then you can concentrate on putting the weight where you need it - your muscles. Think of all the extra time you will have and money you will save by not having to do a fricking 10 hours of cardio per week and stacking clen, T3, E/C/A and what ever else is on the planet.... You will never over come the genetic code for your body putting them fats cells on you butt, BUT you sure as hell can suck 'em out! So there you have it. Go see the doc and be sure to check for his refs. I have a data sheet on what questions to ask. E-mail and I'll zap you a copy Late Lobo IP: Logged |

For someone new at this I would not reccomend DNP, if done wrong even once it can fry your brain!... Unless you are going to compete or are very obese, I would be patient and use time as my ally. The results will be more permanent. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Would love to try DNP, just can't get my hands on the stuff. Warlobo, please send me a copy of whatever info you have...At this point I am willing to try anything. I have spent so much money on supplements, diet, and gym fees....of course the bodybuilding will never stop for me...This will just motivate me that much more.. I understand the recovery time is about 2 weeks so that is 2 weeks out of the gym...UGH!! is it worth it? IP: Logged |

Well I could be wrong but I know that some of us including me, have a tendency to retain a little water around the lower abdominal area, my suggestion is if you already tried every thing else then try to do a Diuretic cycle to get rid of extra water, even though the effect of this type of weight loss don't last very long at least you'll know if that is your real problem. Or if you already have made the decision to go under.... well I found an interesting article go to: www.testosterone.net and type "instant abs" in the lower right search window, Check it out is very enlightening. hope it helps!!! Some base questions when you talk to a Doc. Is the Doc board certified? How many procedures has he performed? Is the office equipped for emergency situations? Tumescent or Ultrasound..... Ask about codeine assisted deep lymphatic massage. Is he a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstruction Surgeons? Is the facility an accredited surgery center? Does the Doc have surgical privileges at a hospital? Follow up touch ups - costs. Base cost. Financing available? Post surgery pain and recovery time.

Yes, I am a woman...my husband also posts under the same name. I will try all of your advice, but I am still considering the surgery. Does that make me a wimp??? I honestly work my tail off in the gym. It is hard for anyone to keep up with me. The only problem is that my tail is still there. IP: Logged |
