As everyone has prob guessed I'm on the DNP (again) just wondering if I took warm to hot showerz instead of freezing onez and kept the fan off me and not slepr with a ice pack under my head would I burn more kalz? thank you.

no but you will suffer from hyperthermia-overheating- ozzy are you taking the advice that I gave you? you know the supplements, cutting back on dnp, more cardio, etc.... ------------------ IP: Logged |

yup thanx again. I got some milk thistle and some anti-oxidents I cut back to 400mgz 2x a day when I wake and go to bed, cardio. you will laugh but I started 45 min 2x a day 2 weekz ago and still trying havn't missed a day yet. I am eating more carbs(you scared me with the suger thing cause I AM a diabetic) drink 3 gallonz of h2o a day. ?- IP: Logged |

When your body temp drops, your body begins to burn cals to raise your body temp back to normal. I don't know how the DNP thing would affect this though..I mean damn..that shit fucks you up! Later bro! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Look Ozzy, you are just taking this a little too far- try to be a little more patient- calm down- the weight will come off- trying to rush it too much is not a good idea- plus it seems like it is very stressful for you- relax BTW- you need to take alpha lipoic acid GOOD LUCK PEACE ------------------ IP: Logged |
