It has been three days and my ass is still killing me, what do you guys do when your ass is in pain( heating pad, ice ect?) I just finished a bottle of Motrin I need a better pain reducer. SUS 250 was the coulprit. IP: Logged |

movement the day of the shot usually helps me, now I barely feel it, but after my first couple of shot, I would walk around a lot, stretch, masssage and a warm shower helps....hope this helps some... big-guy IP: Logged |
