hey bros i need some advice, today i found out that i tend to have a low blood sugar level. what i want to know is will this affect my using gear, im on my second week. i was trying to stay on a high protein low carb diet, i may just have to adjust my diet. thanks for any info.

Me to. I always read 50 to 55 on that dam tset. I hasen't hurt me yet. I also tend to eat all day long our I feel like shit.

i know this problem. my blood sugar tends to crash down half an hour to an hour after a meal. that way that i have to take some sugar. so far i have not found an adequate diet to solve the problem completely. in your case it is maybe just the period your body needs to get adapted to this kind of diet (low carbs high protein). for me this one doesn't work. good luck

I am hypoglycemic myself,and what works good for me is constantly saturating my body with good fuel every 2 hours(lot's of complex carbs) to keep my energy levels as highly sustained as possible.Plus, the extra calories help me keep my intensity level up in the gym.Also the high amount of calories,especially from complex carbs keeps your metabolism constantly working and makes it easier to stay leaner.Eat cleaner

thanks for the replys guys at least i know im not the only one with this problem. i am going to try to eat at least every four hours. i will post any progrss or new info i get on this.
