i know this problem. my blood sugar tends to crash down half an hour to an hour after a meal. that way that i have to take some sugar. so far i have not found an adequate diet to solve the problem completely. in your case it is maybe just the period your body needs to get adapted to this kind of diet (low carbs high protein). for me this one doesn't work. good luck IP: Logged |

I am hypoglycemic myself, and what works good for me is constantly saturating my body with good fuel every 2 hours(lot's of complex carbs) to keep my energy levels as highly sustained as possible.Plus, the extra calories help me keep my intensity level up in the gym. Also the high amount of calories, especially from complex carbs keeps your metabolism constantly working and makes it easier to stay leaner.Eat cleaner IP: Logged |
