Hey bro's the past 2 days I have been so bloated, my stomach has been sticking out like a pregnant woman! This is making eating a ton of food and drinking tons water VERY hard, I couldnt finish all of my meals yesterday oir today unless it was an N-large2 shake. Whats going on... how long will this last?

have you taken a good crap? sorry for the blutness but protein fills ya up. try some metimucial or fiber and see if that helps. your probably full
