I am currently obtaining my masters degree in Exercise Physiology and have been had an interest in resistance training since I was a kid. I have tried many routines and have finally fine tuned my training. In other words, through my education I have extensive knowledge of "training". What I need is advice on whether or not to take anabolic steroids. I am 21 years old and weigh around 250 pounds. My body fat percentage is around 20%. I build muscle easily but can gain fat even easier. I would love to have that bodybuilder physique and with my genetics it will be tough to get there without the use of drugs. Any advice on pros/cons would be helpful. IP: Logged |

Thats a toughf one man. I would say yes to the drugs, but only the right kind for you! I would say try some eq/test. I took it and it droped my bodyfat% some. You need to keep doing cardio (start if you are not) about 5 days a week 30-45 min and weight training about 5 days a week for 1 1/2 hour. Its a long hual going from "stocky" to "ripped." Use your knowledge as power and train to your body type. As far as the drugs go, try what I said eq/test. 6cc's eq a week and 3-4cc's test a week. Good luck, and never give up. Just my 2 cents PS Don't forget your diet! ------------------ IP: Logged |
