I can warn you away from the Tanita Scale. It blows.

I got a tanita. If you go with one you have to get one that has an "athletic setting", otherwise it'll be really off. I've got one and it reads between 11 and 14%, depending on the time of day and how much H2O I have in me. In the morning I'm usually 11-12% and in the eve Im up to 14%.
Its a good tool to have along with using other methods, such as the calipers. Even though it might not be accurate, the inaccuracy is consistent, so that once you know what your BF really is you can use the tanita on a daily basis to keep tract of changes.
