I am thinking about taking a cycle of Reforvit-B , but dont know the best way.
Question #1: how much at a time do i take per shot? (week 1,2,3,4etc)
Question #2: What is a good program to do
when i am on it? (train chest twice a week
or what, i want to train hard but dont know
if hitting each body part once a week is good or hit them twice week.
Question #3: How long should i stay on it?

Ok, let me start with this:
Don't modify your training program, just train harder and more intensely..maybe longer. (Side Note: if you don't have a training program, don't even think of juice)

I train daily, except for Sunday. How much rest you need is a personal thing. your body will react to training differently than most anyone else. Before starting a cycle, train daily, see how you feel...taper back until it feels right.

Ref-b: cycle it 1-2cc every day. Drink it or inject. Its nasty tasting, but I got used to it and miss it when it's not in my cycle.

It tastes like shit...why drink it? Go to a health food store and buy geletain capsules. 1/2cc fits into each capsule. Also, if your gonna go the i.m. route, then use 1-2cc every other day-you can use 40% less of a dose.

Hey pal, I just finish a cycle using Reforvit-B, I got the cycle from the hulkster newsletter #5, good results.
