Man I was wondering if any of you have this problem also. Every once in a while I will have horrible a horrible day lifting. I will go in with heavy weight on the mind and get in there and just start feeling weak and getting gassed faster than normal. I have a very balanced diet and just had a complete physical and I am just fine. I think this is just a mental thing with me but I get so pissed off. I mean I want to grab some fuckin moron getting a good lower back work out doing long bar curls and put his ass through a wall. When this happens I just go run about 2 miles and go home, I don't lift another weight when I can't finish my regular routine. Sorry this is so long bro's but I had to get this off my chest. Thanks for listening, out........... IP: Logged |

It's getting repetitive...it happens to all of us. It sucks bad, but every now and then your body just talks to you and says "not today" It is a good thing in some ways - the key to truly realizing your potential is to know yourself and how to read your body.... Matt IP: Logged |

Yeah you gotta take a break from it every once in a while. If that happens take a break, then hit it hard when you're pumped up. IP: Logged |

Just had a bad workout today. It was too hot in the gym and I couldn't lift as heavy as I normally do. Its hard to deal with but I just had to lift at a lower weight. IP: Logged |

Golden Child,A suggestion if I may:take 4 Thermadrene from sportsphama, get a pair of head phones, listen to korn, metallica,or white zombie while you lift. If that dosen't get you fired up like a fucking fire then your probably dead.Seriously, only the living this idea will affect. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Happened to me today. I just went light and focused on good contractions. Sometimes I just don't have the energy to push myself to the limit. IP: Logged |

We all have bad days...course, I always make the mistake of lifting when I'm sick. ------------------ IP: Logged |
