what are good nutritious snacks for BBs and weightlifters? I really set myself back when I eat chips and microwavable popcorn! Also, bring lunch from home to work is pretty bland. Do you guys know of any nutritious fast food restaurants one can patronize? I was thinking about Subway! later [This message has been edited by ruffy (edited March 19, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Go to McD's buy 10 double cheese burgers (less then $11)and dump the buns. That's if you don't mind the fat. IP: Logged |

is the best chicken meat, breast meat? I will have to microwave the chicken, because my landlord will not wait for the stove-man to install a stove! Go figure, the ol' bitty will wants the rent on time, but she cannot wait for the fucking stove-man. You may ask, "why dont you wait for him?" I can not, I leave for work at 4:30am and return at 6:30pm The stove man operates from 8-4 IP: Logged |

forget the stove for cooking the chicken, get the george foreman grill, faster than baking it and it turns out perfect everytime.(do i sound like an infomercial?) my opinion is that breast meat seems to be the leanest. i got some thigh meat this weekend(big mistake) it was fatty as ever. i tried to cut off some of the fat but it seems to just be greasier. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I like a grilled chicken footlong from subway once in a while. Ok stuff. Depends on what kind of diet you're on. If you're on the ketogenic/anabolic- then all means chow down on some damn double quarter pounders with x-cheese and no buns. You can't go wrong with thsese: MRP's, protein drinks, chicken breasts, tuna, eggs, you know... IP: Logged |

That's right bignate, The George Forman grill is great for everything, and most of the extra fat from the burgers drips off while it is cooking. I go to Sams club and buy fully cooked frozen Chicken breasts and slap them on the Forman grill for 6-10 minutes. 10 Bucks for 20 Breasts and I can't remember what I paid for the grill but it is worth it. I have an awesome computer program that I will give to anyone that requests it. It has a huge database of recipes of healthy foods, and it does some other stuff. E-mail me if youre interested.
