OK, I'm in my fourth week of 500 mgs of Sust......I gained 7 lbs after the first 2 weeks or so....since then I have lost 2 lbs. The shots don't hurt nymore...no soreness, nothing. Like I didn't even inject at all! Maybe I am not eating enough, i don't know. I have verified the pics of my amps with some people here, and they seem to be real. I'm hoping when I start the primo in two week some gains will kick in....pretty depressing. IP: Logged |

Wait until your 5th week before you make any decisive decisions about the legitimacy of your gear. You should be ingesting at least 5000 calories a day. If you are not then you are missing out of most of your gains. You should be getting around 2g of protein per pound of body weight, too. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

2thick- OK, maybe I am jumping the gun, but I guess I had different expectations. Then again, I am not stacking it with anything - except primo starting after week 6. What do you take for added protein to your diet,? I try to eat one of those protein bars every day, but they are pretty disgusting....and I feel so full after eating one. Plus, only 24 grams of protein.... D. IP: Logged |

I eat at least 5 cans of tuna a day. It tastes like crap but it has tons of protein. I also drink 3 protein shakes a day. This is all in conjunction with my 5 regular meals and 3 snacks per day. With all of that I drink 2 gallons of water and use creatine in 4-week cycles. Diet is 70% of all growth during a cycle!!!! Gear only helps as a catalyst to absorb and utilize more of the calories you ingest. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

Thanks again 2thick.... I DEFINITELY have to be alot more concerned with my diet. It is pretty important. But I guess I never could be bothered counting calories and such. I hope I haven't screwed up my cycle by not eating properly. Still have 6 or 7 weeks to go, though. (I'm opening a can of tuna now). D. IP: Logged |

I would take the whole cycle before jumping the gun. Strangely enough, I saw my best gains in the last three weeks of my sus. cycle. Hang in there- IP: Logged |

Dude, you need a helluva lot more protein when on gear. I try to drink some whey protein about every 3 hours while I am awake (40 grams) and I will snack on those Labrada lean body bars ( 30grams peanut butter & jelly are the best tasting bars I have ever had) IP: Logged |

Dont rule out your sus. you will not really start to notice anything until around your 4th week. diet is a very big deal .without a good diet you wont grow. signs to notice of bad diet can be weight loss, tiredness, longer revcovery. thats just a few i have noticed, until i adjusted my diet . i am on a sus only cycle at 500mg every 4 days. some say to take dbol the first 4 weeks so you will mnotice gains in the start of your cycle. my next cycle i will stack . so i will get better gains. live and learn from your cycles, and head advice from those that have been there.. take in 2 grams protein per pound of body weight and eat eat eat.. ------------------ IP: Logged |

2Thick, doesn't all of that tuna give you the farts. When I eat tuna, I have the worst smelling gas you could imagine. And I think I am immune to Gas-X. androx IP: Logged |

How/where are you injecting? Should be OK, but maybe you're not squirting into muscle. And eat eat EAT. And make sure you still get plenty of rest, don't overtrain just cos you're on gear. IronMike IP: Logged |

In my " perfect world ", to be a bodybuilder you must first put in your hours, like an apprentice has to do to be a journeyman. You would have to first learn to train properly. Second, you would have to learn proper nutrition, the do`s and dont`s to grow. And finially last, after you have mastered everything, you would be allowed to experience the glory of gear. So many times I see youngsters getting the gear, but have no clue what it is or how to use it correctly. ------------------ IP: Logged |
