When aspirating, if you see blood come into the syringe I know you have to abort the injection, but do you have to discard the gear in the pin or is it still good? GQ IP: Logged |

NO! keep the blood in the syring and the gear too, withdraw. Apply good presssure with an alcohol wipe for a few mins. Remove any air from the syringe and shoot somewhere else.

My wife's a nurse and recommends replace the needle and shoot again. Leave the blood in and shoot. beleive it or not you dull the needle on first try. If you don't replace the needle at least wipe it with an alcohol swab to prevent infection and/ or bacteria. IP: Logged |

If you hit a vein, how much blood are we talking here? Will it heal on its own, do I need to go to a doctor? Does it depend on the size of the needle? and Off the subject, where does E2 get that cool pic of his name down below on his posts IP: Logged |

If you do an injection anyway after hitting a vien does that mean the juice will not work. I rarely pull back the plunger but do notice a little blood some times after an injection. I know I should be more careful but sometimes I just want to get the shot over with.... IP: Logged |
