tryptophan was pulled from the market about 7 yrs ago because of a contaminated batch.The assholes at the fda said it was dangerous(bullshit).I have seen it available through veterinary supply houses.Call toll free info. and get the ph.# to K.V. vet supply-I believe thet carry it. IP: Logged |

Nah, find yourself a good doc and tell him you're having problems sleeping, when he starts to prescribe you some sleeping pill, tell him that you don't like to take any drugs at all. You're body is your temple etc etc.... Tell him that you're friend got some Tryptan (brand name) and that you'd like to try that, he'll most likely give you a script. Luckily my doc quadruples the dose and gives me 5 refills every time, nice guy eh? IP: Logged |

Try 5-HTP. Hydroxitryptophane(sp?). It is till being sold as far as I know. I bought and sold lots of bottles last year, pretty sure its still out there, and i believe(not exactly sure) it has the same effects as reg. trypto. ------------------ IP: Logged |
