I'm 5' 10", 167lbs-------1st cycle(sust,dbol,primo)---> I'm planning on eating the same plus adding 6 shakes a day which would add 2820 calories , 382g/protein, and 250g/carbs. Will this be alright or will I get fat? Also I've heard that getting sufficient sleep is VERY important--BUT with my current school and work priorities I usually only get 6-7 hrs. I do however have a desk job and don't really exert much energy during the day......will this hinder my gains? IP: Logged |

Good question, I am looking to begin a first cycle as well. And I have a difficult schedule too, getting only 6-7 hours sleep myself. BUMP! deltman IP: Logged |

Yes if you're not sleeping enough you will be compromising gains. Your diet looks good but on a bulking phase you should put on some fat. It's a good sign that you're giving yourself more than enough nutrients to grow. IP: Logged |

Since I have a sit-down job, will that add to my 6-7 hrs. of sleep / since I am resting(throughout the day)? Either way I think I'm going to attempt to fit in more sleep time....problem is that I lay awake for up to 3 hrs. b4 I actually fall asleep.... IP: Logged |
