I just finished my first week (30mg d-bol per day)of my first cycle. I will do the same thing next week along with 400mg primo. After my workouts this past week, I was alot more sore than I usually am. I was getting much better pumps also. However,I have not noticed any strength gains, and have not put on any weight yet. My question is: How long does it take for the d-bol to fully kick in? Also, Could you consider the extra soreness and better pumps typical for the first week of any cycle? Thanks for your input. after the first week you should start repping out on all of you exercies, meaning you will need to increase weight every workout to stay in the same rep range. By week three, look out because you will be scaring yourself by the amount of weight you can handle. Be very consistent with you diet 4,000-5,000 calories per day. Ref-B is so great, you will feel like a superman in the gym, but for me it really shut down my sex drive, took it from twice a day to once a week. I would train heavy the whole cycle 5 sets 4-8 reps, cycle down to low weight high reps if you start to get joint pain, which you most likely will due to the rapid increase in strength.
