After I come home from the gym, I have this big fat pump and just want to throw around everything in my house. The only thing I can do is get on my PC and type with you guys to feel better. I'm taking Ripped Fuel right now for my pre-gear diet and the shit gets me wired! Its like when I used to take drugs and Id just babble and babble and never be able to stop because if I stopped I became impatient, bored and just ready to run around. I also become hyper-active like Clen made me. I wanna sleep but I also wanna talk but I also wanna run around but I also don't wanna do any of those things. Damn it's a weird and annoying feeling. i like to have a protein shake as i'm driving home, i feel the whey protien hits so fast it's running around as i go through my coming home routine.and then some steak and chicken fajitas with some salsa as soon as i feel the hunger coming on about 45 mins after the workout. then as previously posted a nap if i have time. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I go to the Subway close to my health club and eat a 12 inch rilled chicken sub. Then I go home and do research realted to my career. I don't want to break anything...usually. Jon

LOWE, dude you really are hyped after working out, I need to take what your on. After 14years working out I kinda force out the last few sets (dont get me wrong I still get intense), then I kinda reward myself for a job well done by going into the Steam Room for 15 min or so. I lay down in there and let my back rest, clear out my thoughts and sweat all the shit out, breath deep and relax, shower and Im a new person, totally chilled out and tuned in. IP: Logged |

My post workout routine is almost religious. Come home, strip down, mix up some protein, 6 raw eggs, banana, peanut butter and take that with some vitamins, aminos, a bagel and some yogurt. Then I shower, and hit dinner. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Normal routine for me is to come home, check the mail, check the board over, hit the shower and then eat!!! i hit up some eggs and toast....yeah breakfast at night. heh heh. i never want to break anything, at least not anything that is mine. i guess i get enough breaking all the damn egg shells. hehe. i agree that critical mass sunshine punch or whatever is like concentrated sunny delight. but has good stuff in it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Unfortunately I have to work in the desert heat everyday so I work-out at 4:00a.m. 5 days a week before work. after I work-out I have 3-5g. of glutamine and anti-oxidants, shower, then on the way to work I usually drink Kwik Size by labrada or a protein drink with 24 0z. of orange juice. then eat an hour later. I donno bout everyone else, but especially after leg days, i'm so damn horny when i get home that i just have to do something. Other days, its not as bad, but its still there. Come home Mix up myoplex. Have my babe give me a hummer while I drink my shake. Then have her cook me phat dinner, eat and then work her ass for some added cardio then take anti-oxidents and glutimine before bed. I work out around 9:30 AM, after that, its abut 11:00 when I get out of the gym, I go grocery shopping with my boys, Eat some beef jerky and a ProteinPlusIronMan bar on the way home, put the younger lad down for a nap, make some lunch, usually poached chicken and brown rice with Texas Pete hot sauce, play with the older boy until the little guy wakes up, go for a bike ride with them, come home, make dinner, play with the wife and boys for a couple of hours, put the boys down to bed and head out to the Dojo.
