Hey guys...I'm back. I've been so boggled down with work & track, I've had NO time! I think I'm starting to narrow down my choices. I finally have found a connection & I'm ready to start w/ a cycle. I want to use winstrol, DNP (I know people object & it's not safe, but I want it...), and possbily cytomel. I'm not sure of how to do this though. Should I cycle the DNP, t3 & winny at the same time? Will the t3 make my weight rebound after the cycle? With this stack, will there be any side effects (guessitmate)? Secondly...what should my diet look like? Bascially I'm running 6 days a week-no less than a mile a day, about 4 miles tops, up hill & flat land. I'm not sure if I should eat carbs...if so how many, and what type. My major weakness is cereal....uh, I love it!! I have to stop eating it....I'm gonna kill my mom if she buys it 1 more time!! How much protein should I take in? & what kind of vitamins/supplements should I take & how much wile on the dnp? Can anyone give me any dosages for this stack.... Thanks so much. Not too sure about the stack but as far as your diet goes... If your going for growth keep your carbs in the 30-40% of your calorie intake, if thats too high go 20-30% As far is protein..there is no such thing in my mind as too much. Go for at the very very least 1.5g per lb. of bodyweight per day..if you can hit 2 or more..killer. As far as calories go..you need to find your BMR...and then consume upwards of 500cal. over that per day.. Eat to grow there gal..not exactly sure what your goals are...but hope this helps.. I was just reading posts...b/c I didn't know what "bunny" you were talking about....I'm Nikki, not bunny, and not danny...who is Danny anyways? Carbs 10-20% of your caloric intake Protein..as mentioned above.. Easy on the simple sugars aside from post workout. Cut your BMR by 4-500cal. That should help.. I have no clue as to what is going on with the trio thing...if someone figures this out let me know...and hey Ranger...giving ladies advice doesnt entail saying "Cycle me two reach arounds a week, and Ill grow"....HA! Do it and have fun! Can't wait to see some picks. For a women all that running is good, but don't forget you weight training! Keep the protien around 150 grams daily.
