I need to set up a weight prog. for my first cycle. 750mg of omnadren a week (8 weeks) and dbol(6,6,5,4) for the first 4 of 8 weeks. When not using gear I get the best results from working out MWF, each bodypart once a week, 2 exercises for each bodypart, 2 warmup sets, 3 heavy work sets (6-10 reps) for each exercise. I have been lifting on and off for 4 yrs, having to take a few layoffs because of injuries. How much more lifting can I add when on gear? I want to gain as much mass as I can (21yrs old, 6'4",200pds,9%bf). I found a good 5 day prog. on steroid-encyclopaedia.com. What do you guys think would be the best? Thanks for the help. pumped21, I DON'T THINK YOU'RE WORKING ENOUGH EVEN OFF CYCLE.ON CYCLE YOU WILL RECOVER FASTER, BUT DON'T PUSH IT. YOUR MUSCLES STILL NEED THE SAME REST TIME FOR REPAIR. THERE ARE ALOT OF GOOD WORKOUTS ALREADY POSTED ON THIS BOARD, JUST LOOK FOR THEM UNDER "SEARCH" IP: Logged |
