Haas anyone ever tried this, I kind of want to change things up a little. It is a little radical, but I figured what the heck. I heard that bill phillips wrote something about it in one of his book, I know Bill F****** Phillips! Oh well. Basiclly it is all of your big exercises, 5 exercises a day, with 10 sets of ten. 4 times a week. I tried it last night, and it gave me a pretty burn. Well I just wanted to know if you beast knew anything, or had any expereince or thoughts on the subject. Later Bros, and have a good weekend.

This is VERY effective as an alternate workout when you burn out on pyramids or whatever your current set/rep routine is. When you start out the 10x10 seems like too little weight which will make you think it's not "cool" enough to do but when you get into the later stages when your doing 10x6 with heavier weights and less rest it gives your muscles quite a shock and that get's 'em growin'. I had good luck with it....

absolutely loved it and will do it again soon. Remember to have the rest in between sets reduced to 60-90 seconds, that is most important

I only did the first 6 weeks of this program, However had great results. I'm normally a hardgainer---yet put on 7 pounds of muscle in this 6 week period just by eating heavy and doing the 10 sets of 10 stuff.

I read that! It sounds like a killer work out to me. Is that the article in Bill Phillips book supplement review?

I hurt but I don't think it is that effective for me atleast because it says you should get weaker and be able to do only 6-8 reps in later sets when aiming for 1o but my nerological systen just over compensates and I have to add more and more wieght with every set.
