Any of you guys know any chicken recipies because if I eat another plain chicken breast i am going to puke.Any thing from full meals to snacks would be awsome. Thanks Guys.

Boil chicken Place in food processor and grind to a paste Add slivered almonds...unsalted Add mand. oranges Add grapes Pinch of salt Great for quick sandwiches between meals...taste great.....less filling Ranger IP: Logged |

One thing I make is I grill the chicken breast and then cut it up, put it in a bowl of rice with some teryaki and honey and stir it all up. IP: Logged |

hey man, try this, get you a bottle of italian dressing, like salad dressing, marinate the chicken breasts in it for about 2 hours, then put the chicken on some tin foil and place it on the grill, continue to baste it in the italian dressing, it makes for some great tasting chicken and its a little different IP: Logged |

Thaw a 6oz. chicken breast Cut into cubes Toss it in a pan with canola or peanut oil Cook till just tender..but done Chill in refridgerator Take it to work or gym in tupperwar bowl with some non-fat dressing or dip of choice and eat it like a finger food. ------------------ IP: Logged |
