im taking 3 12 lb weider mega mass 2000 in about a 6 week period 2wks into the weider im going to do cell tech for 4 weeks on the last week of cell tech im starting 6 weeks of medroid. during the medroid im going to do the bench press program at absolute truth hardcore bodybuilding. im hoping for 10 to 20 lbs...what do you guys think??? are you laughing????? 20 to 30 lbs sure no problem with all that weight gainer and no gear yeah you should develope a nice big belly throw in a lot of test and some dbol and you might then put on the weight you want ------------------ IP: Logged |

hey im 19 i should be able to turn most of that into fat with the medroid and that bench program i will definately get ripped again and yeah i wish 20 to 30 lbs...i have an extremely rough time putting on weight IP: Logged |

At 19 I salute you for not choosing to do gear, and bust your ass on your own to get as big as you can naturally. I first did juice when I was 21. Just one cycle. Then again when I was 23 I started on a regular basis. Diet is key. Make sure your protein drinks are a supplement for food. And not the other way around. Kick that ass, man. IP: Logged |
