Well, nobody answers the questions on the training board so dont get pissed for me asking this here..... today i started something new on my AB training. when using my slant board i started staying in the crunch position for a few seconds when i reach my forward position, then i lower myself slowly. is this better as opposed to doing 100 fast ones....? i believe that doing slow controlled movements with a sqeeze is better, you can feel the muscle better that way so you can work it better ------------------ IP: Logged |
