Does your body get used after a long use of BCAA ? Is this supplemet real necessary before and after a workout to prevent catabolism and promote recovery and anabolyc status ? I am taking 9 caps before and after my trainig (1 caps per 10 kg of weight) since more than one year and a half. I have been told that BCAA is like proteins , you won't get used , but I would like to hear your comments as I am thinking to stop taking BCAA (too much expensive!!!). Thanks for your help. I dont' really know what you mean by your body getting used. Bcaa's, leucine isoleucine and valine are very important to your health. You can of course get them from intact proteins like whey, soy etc.... Make sure you're using only the free form L-amino's do not use D or DL forms. It's good to take them about 1hour before training this may help to spare muscle amino's and help spare testosterone during training. IP: Logged |

THANKS for the answer E2. I meant if you need to cycle BCAAs or you can take them always , as I am using this supplement since more than one year and a half. And I would like to understand if I have to stop or I can continue without problems. Thanks again for your attention and your good advices ! IP: Logged |

You can take them all you want, you're not going to get used to them at all, it's just amino acids, it's just broken down proteins
