Unfortunately, if you can "see" the effects of liver damage, i.e. jaundice, then the damage has already been done. Best thing to do is to have labwork done and check SGOT and SGPT levels. These are liver enzymes which indicate liver dysfunction. You may also want to take note of alk. phos. levels too (kidneys). IP: Logged |
