Hey guys I just joined the board and need some help. I lift at home and am going to start a cycle but want to keep it simple. I just want to gain lean muscle mass and lose weight.I am trying to start a cycle that will help me achive this and pay my bills as well.Also not for sure on this as I have no outspoken friends that admit to using so I'll ask it here, will this cycle help me with my energy during cardio or sports? Hope this is'nt to stupid of a question but I can't find any info on roids other than there muscle building ability and preformace inahancing, but not how they help preformance.If you know of any good books on roids please tell me so I can better educate myself.Sorry so long but I have alot of questionsto ask. Thanks for reading hope you can help me out!!!!!

hey..welcome..first off, go to a gym..it is better...as far as a cycle, to help we need you goals, and you stats.....some juices hurt your cardio, although winny and tren I hear help it(don't quote me on that , never used either)....hope this helps some...

Sounds like you haven't been lifing for a while... I would lift hard for at least a year before even thinking about starting a cycle.
