Is there anything that you can do to "prime" your steroid recptors prior to starting a cycle? Anything you should take or change in your diet to have a better effect from the AS cycle? IP: Logged |

DNP pre-cycle leans you out and there is some evidence, anecdotal, that it "cleans" out your receptors but you need to use an aromatase inhibitor at the beginning of cycle to keep fat off if you are going to use an aromatic like test or Dbol ------------------ IP: Logged |

I know that there are quite a few aromatase inhibitors, what would you recommend? By the way, could you go into detail why you would take it prior to the cycle? Thanks IP: Logged |

I have read that starting a diet to lose fat consisting of 4 days cycled over and over again, with two of those days being low carbs, for 1 month before beginning a cycle helps increase the effectiveness of steroids because you start out with lean muscles and a high metabolic rate and it causes the body to go into a slightly catabolic state and that steroids work exceptionally well when introduced into a catabolic environment. I haven't tried it yet though--just what I read. I plan on trying this before my next cycle. IP: Logged |
