![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bros, if you've been all-natural and started doing a shitload of cardio(I lost about 30 lbs), how long should it take to rebuild to your former strength and size? BTW I'm 18, 6'3'' 194 lbs app.12% bf. Formerly, I was 6'3'' 218lbs app.16-17%bf. Former bench: 230lbs Bench now 190lbs(but I can run alot farther, like 4 or 5 miles easily) I know I'm weak, but I'll change that....TRUST ME! ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I think in your case that for a little while you should try maintaing your current weight for about a month and not worry about gaining extra muscle as your body can recuperate from the fat cutting. After that if you go back to high intensity traing it could take only one month but depending on your genetics it is really difficult to tell. IP: Logged |
