I have been on a cycle for 3 weeks now, i am definitely getting stronger, but not much size. Here's what i am taking weekly: 200 mg of enanthate and 200 mg of cypionate. I have heard that i need to eat like 5000-6000 calories a day and about 500grams of protien to notice any "real size" gains. Is this true? Do i have to take in that much in order to get the size benefits? If so then i will. Also, won't eating all those calories make me really fat, even if they are "good calories". I mean anyone would pack on the mass if they ate that much each day, right? thanks bro! IP: Logged |

Eat every 2-3 hrours. If you can't digest ALOT of solid food at every meal, and trust me you can't, supplement with a good whey protein and mix it with a good carb powder. It's very imperative to your training success to get enough cals. and protein to blast up the HEAVY IRON to get HUGE. Mix with skim milk if you can tolerate it. Personally, it's every 2 hours for me, like clockwork. IP: Logged |

Hey joey is your gear bunk? I just got off a 4 week cycle of cyp alone and gained about 15lbs. I too eat every 2 hours just like clockwork, if I lose track of time, my stomach lets me know. Try adding more calories I dont really count calories mostly just keep track of protein. I get about 350-400 grams of protein per day, 7 meals atleast 50 grams per meal. I am 5'4 193. So maybe try to bump things up a bit. Goodluck ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yeah i'm pretty sure it's legit gear. I just thought i would be getting a little more size than what i have gotten already. But i will up the calories and protein quite a bit and see what happens. Thanks IP: Logged |

I will up my intake, right now i am 5'8 and 190lbs, i've gained about 5lbs so far, but i am guessing that i was taking about 100grams of protein and aroung 2000 calories daily, i will make sure to add a lot more. I should have done a bit more research, i didn't think i needed that much. This should make a big difference, right? Once again, thanks bro IP: Logged |

It will help, yes. Half the battle is nutrition, and the other half is how you train. The juice just helps you along. Try getting as much as 1.5 - 2.0 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. So around 300g protein per day. Use ionized whey protein, buy it at GNC or nutrition store, and drink at least 5 of those shakes a day. ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |
