whats up bros? I've got a qustion maybe you can help me out with. After training my biceps my upper forearm hurts like hell, what am i doing wrong.

I get that pain too when I go really heavy on biceps. I wouldn't worry about it you just strain that part of your forearm when you go heavy.

you got yourself a case of elbow tendinitis. you dont want to hear this but the only remedy is rest. Ice and heated massage will help. Keep straining it then it will never go away

Whenever you get a pain, lower the weight and do 2 sets 10-15 reps for one week, on all exercises effecting it. If it still hurts lower the weight more and go 15-20 reps. Heavy training is hard on the ligaments, you have to incorporate low weight high rep training in there too. (ex) 3 weeks heavy(4-8 reps), 2 weeks light(10-15 reps). Work both rep ranges.
