Hey all just thought someone would be interested in my DNP experiences.

5'10 215 @ 15% bf.
got done with clenbuterol/cynomel(t3)cycle on tuesday (2 week cycle).


DNP: 400mg./day
glycerol: 3tblsp./day split up
water: 1++ gallons/day
multi-vitamin: 1/day
vit. c: 3000mg./day split up
vit. e: 1600iu./day split up
e/c/a: 25mg./200mg./325.mg x 3/day


wednesday day 1.
took 200mg. in afternoon, I really didn't feel much... Maybe a little warm. I did start getting pretty tired and fell asleep on my couch, not a usual thing.
at around 9pm I took my last dose (200mg.)
about an hour later my heart started beating rather hard but not all that fast.
I sweated a little while asleep and had some WEIRD dreams!

thursday day 2 (today)
I took my first dose at noon again, and I still wasn't very warm. my morning temp was at 98.2 which isn't very high but I did just get off clen and t3 so my temp actually should have been lower... looks like the DNP
IS starting to kick in.

as the day has been progressing I have been steadily getting warmer and warmer, no major heat or sweating... yet.
The heat that I am feeling is more like the heat you feel as your getting a fever, not at all like you get from t3, clen, or e/c/a.

I have one dose left for today but it will be several hours 'till I take that one so that's all for today.

If the responses to this post are positive I will continue to post updates to this.

Dnp will really only raise your temp about 1 degree....You won't really get that hot, it just makes you feel hot.....Many people will take there temp and see that it isn't that high and take more dnp, that's dangerous.....
less DNP, more cardio...

What were the reults of the Clen/T-3 two weeks?

I'm curious. I've just finished the eighth day of my DNP cycle.

days 1-3: 300DNP, ECA 1x day
(wasn't getting hot enough)

days 4-5: 300DNP, ECA, 12.5mcg T-3

days 5-8: 300DNP, ECA, 25 mcg T-3


I posted my 1/2 cycle experience, and I will post my "post" cycle results in a few days.

I will not be making that mistake! but I know my body real well and should have had a drop in morning temp (around 87.5+/-) after
coming off clen and t3. I will not be taking more then 400mg./day on this cycle.

one more thing,

I was keeping my calories low the first four days, with the carbs being low by default, then a few people advised me to up the carbs to get more heat.

I upped my carbs and got more heat, but I'm not sure why that's necessarily beneficial.

I took off about 5lbs. fat and about
1/2 inch around belly (problem area)
in two weeks.

Big C,

The more carbs you eat, the more heat you'll get. There's two really good DNP articles at Mesomorphosis.com (sorry, I don't know how to attach the link) by Dharkam, which goes into this. I've heard that something like the late Dan Duchaine's Isocaloric Diet (same amount of calories from each type) works really well with DNP.
