Thought noone belives me I put on 33 pounds natural all muscle (bodyfat only went up 1%) in 3 mounths. I was 140 when i started then three mounths later (training wrong) i was 155 but then i got focussed and whithin 3 mounth after this i was 185. You can do it if you have the drive and good genetics. Natural along time to be a hard 200, you can get there as a fat 200 very quick. Eat McD's all day. On Gear within a year or two depending on your genetics. IP: Logged |

You can do it naturally, but how long it will take depends on your ambition. IP: Logged |

it really depends on a lot of factors- training, nutrition, metabolism, natural levels of test- but I would say that height and frame is a real big factor- if your a 5'6 with a medium or small frame at 150lb- you will probably never get to 200 naturally- it would be pretty difficult even with GEAR. when your 6'0 150lb medium frame that goals is much more attainable- in this case eating is probably the big factor. just my two farthings ------------------ IP: Logged |

maybee i am just lucky but due to a seious injury iwas off for 2 years and i maintained 185(5'10) at 13 percent bodyfat so my replt may not apply to you as i have get to determine my own genetics which are probably pretty good. not thinking i am big or bragging just saying that the other guys who replied are probably more on track than my time frame. From 150 at your height will take many yrs naturally, and prob 1-2 yrs of good juicing to attain this. I am 5'9 small frame and I am 160 lbs <6% body fat after 6 yrs of lifting from 125 lbs with three cycles total. IP: Logged |

You can easily gain that with alot of fat. I was somewhat in your boat...I was a CC and track runner for my college...and after a couple of injuries decided that getting bigger was more to me then running... I shot up from 165lbs to 220lbs in about 3 months...lots of fat, but the muscle I did gain was pretty good. 1 year later I trimmed down to 200lbs still some flab but not to much, and the gains are easy to see. Though it might make some difference that I'm 6ft tall and almost 20. and still natural(for a few more weeks anyway)
