I am thinking about buying some Serano Serostem GH 126 iu Box, how long does it last once constituted with the distilled water vs the SBW ? Does it make a difference? I would like to take about 4iu's per day, so I would need 4 - 5 days per bottle IP: Logged |

Yes, you need Bacteria static H2O. Don't use anything else like dist or spring water. Later cjac1 IP: Logged |
