I know that you cant keep the gains off dianabol or anadrol forever but, What about sustanon and deca? Suppose that i have the correct diet and Traning method, do you think that i will be able to keep my gains whithout the need to do another cycle at some point in the future? I ask because i heard that no matter what you do you will eventually lose the gains of every AS which will get you to use them again & againd & again What do you guys say we are talking about a 220 pounder IP: Logged |

If your body can "naturally" mantain the gains you make.. then yes, you can keep the gains if you come off properly, muscle is muscle... and it doesnt just dissapear or appear magically, it comes from proper diet, and training.. if you continue to feed the muscle properly, it will stay around, if your body naturally can mantain it, everyone agree with my post here? I'm fairly new myself... but this is what I've came to believe. IP: Logged |

From my understanding you will lose some muscle but with proper training and diet you should be able to keep the majority of it although this does vary from person to person. IP: Logged |

Most lose about 50% of the gains. If you lucky maybe able to keep 70% which is high. Put diet, high protein, clomid, and creatine should help. IP: Logged |

It seems like ya take two steps forward and one step back. Just as long as your ahead everytime, it all adds up to gains. IP: Logged |

I am able to keep the majority of my muscle gains due to good tapering and the use of post-cycle goodies. However I do lose some weight but it was the water gained during the cycle. Have the weight you gain during a cycle is water and you'll lose it. --bigtbone IP: Logged |

What if you use something like winny or primo? Do you lose your gains as fast, not as fast, not lose them at all, lose less than other AAS? From my experience the gains from winny and primo are relatively stable. IP: Logged |
