see now you guys are discouraging me, i just started my 1st cycle of winny v on monday(with a 19 gauge horse pin no less oweeee!)and i started it because of my research and what i wanted to accomplish:
get to 185lbs frm 175lbs??
lose body fat (little spare tire}
get hard and ripped
mix w heavy cardio work outs every day....
so who said winny v on its own is useless???
i really dont believe that im waisting my time, i belive in my research and the advice frm this board, that this is the cycle for me!
any input would be appreciated!!

You are not wasting your time, but with heavy cardio, and just using winstrol v getting to 185 is going to be very tough. Most people use winstrol v to spare muscle tissue on a calorie restricted diet. It is highly anabolic and that is why it is a good choice for pre-contest prep. It is also does not hold water. If you want mass add mass if you want cuts diet. Can't grow if you don't eat.

Now, if you want to use winstrol v exclusively for now, cut the cardio, add good calories, low glycemic carbs, use flaxseed oil about 2tbsns a day, and a 1-1.5gms of protein per pound bw, every day.

good advice chesty!, thanks but i cant cut the cardio because ive got some body fat to burn off 1st then try to gain muscle weight, sound right?

I would lose the body fat then, get down as low as you want to go. Then bulk up.

my sentements exactly! but arent big fluxuations in weight loss/gains over short periods of time un-healthy?
also at 1cc everother day of the winny
xenadrine
200g protein per day
1hr cardio 5x a week/2 body parts after weight training 5x aweek
what can i expect and how soon should the results frm this plan show?

you are doing a lot of cardio. you may want to add primobolan to prevent any muscle loss and up the protein intake. just my .02.

As for Winny being useless by itself, I dont agree, as long as it is your first or second cycle.. I jsut finished a Winny only cycle... 5 weeks, I used it to bulk and make perm. gains, I gained about 13 lbs, and have been off for 6 weeks now, and have kept it. Your doing a lot of Cardio, like the other guys said, so gaining 10 lbs may be tough.. but at the end of your cycle, youll be happy with your results, it will be near what you are looking for I'm sure, just keep the high quality protein high, and you will be happy.
