I would want to know why I have backache, low back. I do not know if it is the squats heavy or dead lift stiff legs or dead lift. What exercise is good to strengthen the low of the back
I don't squat since 1 week. I'm hungry because I like too much squat

Thanks

Bro,
If you have pain in your lower back to the right or left of your spine it could be your kidneys. If the pain persists you should see a doctor.

Presuming it is lower back pain and not as above then join the club.

Lower back injury is a pain (literally), unfortunatley one of the best exercises for lower back is deadlifts - which you will have a problem with if you are having back pain.

Hyperextensions are an alternative and you can manage them even if carrying a lower back injury. Add some weight and do fewer reps. This may be not be correct but it is what I do and I have to constantly work around a recuuring lower back pain.

I have to do my squats last in my leg set after they have been blasted on the leg press. This ensures I still have squats in my routine albeit at a lower weight than I would like. Leg press also means you have your back supported.

REST is always the best option - steer clear of squats and deadlifts until there is no pain, these lower back injuries come back really quick. Mine always haunts me.

When I can do squats and deadlifts I start light and build up VERY slowly. First sign of a twinge in that area and I stop immediately.

Every day lay on your back and slowly pull your knees onto your chest and hold. This simple exercise helps heal and prevent this type of pain/injury - or so my Doctor tells me.

Apparently this type of injury can also be caused by not balancing ab training with lower back training and your stomach muscles pull your back out of alignment.

Ibuprofen helps with the pain A LOT!

Good Luck
