Yeah but right now i don't like the fat on me, i've got those luv's and i can't stand them, i need to be ripped all the time, well that is if i'm off, and i'm not starting my next cycle until my damn deca gets here. But even on my cycles i like to do 30 mins every morning, gets my day going, and cuts me like they sculpted me with a razor.

E2 I am going to help you out here because you helped me with questions in the past. Aerobic exercise is the most catabolic exercise there is! Have you ever seen a runner with muscles, to the more extreme- take a look at a marathon runner-freaking emancipated. If you want to keep muscle and get shredded train like a sprinter, these guys have some of the best physiques out of all athletes. Here is the trick. Warmup on the bike for 5 minutes. After your warmup increase the tension on the bike that will allow you to do a sprint with maximum effort for 40 seconds, it is critical that you pedal no faster than 60-80 RPM. The tension will feel like you can hardly pedal and you legs should feel like you just got done squatting. After the 40 seconds slow down to 30-45 RPM with little resistance and allow your heart rate to lower to 60% of maximum heart rate for about 3 minutes. Then repeat balls out sprint again. Sessions should last 18-30 minutes max. Work up to 120 sec. sprints, 120 rest 2-4 times per week. This type of interval training can be modified to any type of aerobic training even kick boxing. Works the best doing sprints outside, sprinting then walking, critical to walk not jog during rest periods. IP: Logged |

YA, somewhat like HIIT,and body for life, but speed and intensity of your interval sessions are critical, and just going up one level is not going to cut it. I use 28 differant interval protocols for my clients and athletes. The 20 minute aerobic solution our atletes peaked in 16 days, no results there after. The science behind the speed and velocity of these exercises is pretty in depth. For example-spinning classes. In clinical studies awe have found that spinning is one of the worst aerobic activities you can do for fat burning, primarily because of the velocity of the flywheel. IP: Logged |
