Try this for 3-4 weeks: wake up at 6 or 7am for 3-4 weeks and getting an intense cardio. I mean get you BMR up there. Wait a half hour after you workout to eat breakfast(it will be tough be drink as much water before that)at breakfast pop as many hydroxycut or xenadrine as you can handle along with 4clen spaced out through the day. Take some more hydroxycuts at lunch. Also no carbs after 7pm and your meal before the 7pm one(probably at 4 or 5dinner) should have low carbs.

How many hydroxycut do you take a day? I do my cardio in the afternoon due to my class schedules. I don't think it makes a difference though.

I take 4 xenadrine in the morning and of course it makes a difference if you do you cardio in the morning and not in the after noon...The earlier in the day you get your BMR up the more calories and fat you will burn throughout the day. The toughest part is waking up so early but its well worth it for the results in 4 weeks. I take what is recomended on the bottle of xenadrine usually about 4-6 per day 4 w bfast and 2 at lunch

Sure i get the jitters and sweat my ass off. But thats how I know its working! Its only for 4 weeks and by the end you look like one cut up mutha!

sounds like a good routine bro..I assume you lift with this also...so do you divide you lifting and lift at night or what..how good has it worked, in other words, how much bf % did you cut??

Of course you lift on it, never stop lifting! I like to eat a salad, baked potato and a good source of meat(chix)and two xenadrine for lunch then go to the gym an hour later. As for % of bodyfat everyone is different and it depends on how much you devote. I've seen people do this on the no-carb diet, but I wouldnt recomend it. If you eat 15-20grms of fat per day Get your BMR up as early as possible. keep the eca going and cut the carbs early at night, one could drop down 4 or more % in 4 weeks. As with anything NO PAIN NO GAIN. I find getting my ass out of bed at 6:30am is the hardest part!
