First of all thanks for all the help that I've received from the pros out there. I have another question. I plan to start my first cycle soon, and I'm wondering exactly how to "mix" sus with deca for one shot. I've heard that this greatly reduces the site pain, but just somewhat unclear as to the process. David IP: Logged |

AT FIRST YOU CAN PUT THEM INTO 1 SYRINGE. I START WITH 1 1/2cc(375mg) OF SUST. AND 1 1/2cc(300mg) OF DECA, BUT I'M ALSO STACKING WITH D-BOL. WITH ONLY SUST AND DECA I WOULD START WITH 750mg SUST. AND 200mg DECA. GO UP TO 400mg DECA THEN TAPER DOWN. KEEP SUST AT 750mg THEN DROP TO 500mg THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. CAN'T PUT THAT IN ONE SYRINGE UNLESS YOU HAVE A TURKEY BASTER. IP: Logged |

Steralize all the bottles. Strailize your ass. Draw everything up into 1 Syringe. Put on fresh 22 Go deep. Wait a couple a weeks for best results. ------------------ IP: Logged |
