Feb 19th 1998 I final had the spine fusion that I had been putting off for 12 years and three fractures. Any way been back in the gym and it is a hrad road back when you have been on a ten pound limit. TAlk about the shrinking away. Dr. - biggie than a gallon of milk don't touch it. Anyhow - have been using unvirsal animal paks - pinnical - andro stack - pro labs creatine - eas cytovol- eas betagen with HMB and Pro labs performance paks. I am back up to 190 pounds at 5 foot 9 and my strength is great in just a year I am as strong as I have ever been - but I do not have near the size of before. My arms are what is realy lagging behing onlt 15.5 inches and I can't remember when they were under 16.5. Help looking for best products. Thanks All! IP: Logged |
