Is beef jerky with a relatively low fat content a decent protien? I know that it has A LOT of sodium in it, but I usually eat less salty foods anyway. I'm just curious, cuz I love eating the damn stuff. IP: Logged |

I seems to work for me I love the dam stuff. I eat Jack Links terryaki. Try it theres not as much salt in it either. IP: Logged |
