Here it is, been on the DNP for nearly a week, and I rit down everthing what happened to the Big Catratcho. Ain't as bad as I was expecting, but, I AIN'T GOT NO CARBS IN MY BODY AND EVERY COMMERCIAL ON TEE VEE MAKES ME WANT TO GO EAT A DOUGHNUT OR A HOT DOG. Sometimes. Read on:
day two My workouts have been fantastic, better than usual. Strength is up or equal, energy is incredible, I am flabergasted. during the day on day one I was pretty low energy, but my workout this morning was kick ass, i still can't believe it. day three day four day five Okay, now I'm really fuckin tired. My workout was very flat. Breathing heavy, have NO desire to get that last rep. Get several drinks from the water fountain, not because I'm thirsty, but because, I really don't want to Do that heavy bench just yet. My coworkers think I'm nuts for opening the window, so I know I'm putting off some heat now, too. day sicks Unfortunately, my workout partner showe up today, so I couldn't sluff off and stumble through a zombie shitass workout. So I did leg day. Couldn't squat shit. didn't get past two plates with quarters. Legggg press for 50, 40, 30, 20, 20 reps starting at 180, ending with 450. Thought I was gunna pass out. Breathing is heavy today, as yesterday. Runnin outta gas now. Looking back on the first two days when the cocky, Big fuckin' Catratcho thought he was gonna breeze through this DNP schedule, I want to say I'm sorry to the Karma god who is now in the process of humbling the Honduran. peace, ouch ------------------ IP: Logged |

Damn, I'm in track right now so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to take a DNP cycle huh. Glad I know now. Thanks for posting results Big Cat. I appreciate it. Hang in there. uhh two more days scheduled. And it definately would hamper any sort of competition, but you could dog your way through practice, I'm sure. My partners keep bringing in shit like doughnuts to the office. I'm looking forward to the end of my carb cravings. bigCAtratcho IP: Logged |

why are you on a low carb diet? It does not make the DNP any more effective It just makes you more miserable and weak becuase you have low blood sugar. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey bigcat... how about the fat loss? Has it started yet? I understand that you will look your best around the 11 or 12th day (about 3 or 4 days after the cycle) Keep us posted I am interested in dnp. ------------------ IP: Logged |

FAT LOSS: I dunno, I'm going to measure my BF at day 11 or 12. My pants fit looser. My muscles are a bit flat now, I reckon it's the lack of fluids inside 'em. MICROPHAGE: Someone at the renegade board said carbs were IMPORTANT to eat, even sugar, for DNP to be effective. I wasn't convinced, though I did start upping the calories after that. Anyone know about this? And I noticed the protein bars I've been eating contain Glycerine and/or Glycerol. ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you find the effect wearing off, and you start to increase the dosage, supplement with a little t3. DNP (and clen and HGH for that matter) all use up 'free' t3 in the body. Once it runs out, usually 4 day mark, an decrease in it effectivness may be noticed. IP: Logged |

T-3 yeah, I took a half tab of Cytomel (12.5) the last three days. brought some heat on, so I think it was a good addition. IP: Logged |
