OK Guru's Right now I am willing to do whatever I have to in order to get my bodyfat down (now around 18%) to 7%. I would prefer to acheive this goal with as little muscle loss as possible, but if that's the price then so be it... These are the products I have on hand... Take DNP 1 week on, 1 week off. Mix Yohimbine and DMSO and apply topically during your off-weeks. Try this for 6 weeks total. I'm conservative, so I would say go no higher than 300 mg DNP and use triple the recommended dose for the Yohimbe (you didn't mention what kind it is; I'm assuming it's an OTC product like Twinlabs). like the truth said go with dnp at 1 week on 1 off but as far as the dosage that depends on your weight i did fine with 600mgs/day with sating weight at 254 13% and finished with 240 9% been using t3 and was in the middle of my 6week cycle of it when i did the dnp also about to do dnp again at the end of the week, use tyramine/yohimbe 3x per day during off weeks and up your caRDIO WHILE OFF you will be having an anabolic rebound so you won't overtrain, personaling i feel so good i am hitting 2 1hour sessions workouts and 45 min of cardio in morning, also you must use pyruvate 3-5g/day and gylcerol 3x per day 1tbsp ea to keep hydrated and drink about 2 gallons/day i would only use insulin after your toally through with dnp and use it to help enter ketosis faster after your carb up IP: Logged |

I was reluctant to mention this, but you can also accelerate fat loss (and make use of your accessories) by going on a ketogenic diet (for your purposes I would recommend 60% fat. 40% protein) and using the insulin to help drive you into ketosis faster. This is tricky and I don't recommend it, but if you are bound and determined to do it, e-mail me and I'll give you the info. You would then use the T-3 in week 6, when you would begin to incorporate carbs back into your diet, and for the next 2 weeks after that. Again, e-mail me for dosage info if you want to do this. You mentioned your BF%, but not your weight, so I'm assuming you're between 200 and 235 lbs. IP: Logged |

Week 1- dnp, yohimbine, tyrosine, eca week 2- yo, tyro, eca week 3- yo, tyro, eca week 4,5,6- repeat above you can go low carbs in week 3 other wise moderate carbs-low blodd sugar and DNP is not a fun combination. peace ------------------ IP: Logged |

Cool Lots of good info there fella's! I almost understand where to go with this with the exception of dosages. Im still not totally clear on that.
