I live in a dorm in PA, but want to get my gear sent to me. I have a mailbox number, which means that I would have to get the package, take it to my dorm room, write return to sender, and have the shit sit in my dorm room for three to four days. How can someone come looking for the package if they can't get in the dorm. They will probably ask why the hell I took it to my dorm room instead of just leaving it my mailbox? Please help. because someone might come by looking for the package, and you can just give them the damn thing. but if you open it, and hide all of your shit, then what happends if someone comes by to get the packege from you? THEY SEARCH YOUR HOUSE, AND FIND IT, THEN HALL YOU OFF TO JAIL.... IP: Logged |

If you can put it somewhere where they cant find it, maybe a friend will hold it for you and just tell them you tossed it if someone comes to your door, but I doubt you will have any problems. IP: Logged |

If you're ordering domestically and for personal use only, this isn't as big of a deal. The only way "they" [being postal inspector, DEA, cops, FBI, whoever] are going to find out there's an illegal substance in your package is if your source got busted and ratted you out, or if they accidentally came upon the gear when checking the package for some other reason [mail bomb most likely], or if it was sent from a flagged address. Most sources aren't going to be dumb enough to mail from the same address every time, so you're probably OK, there. This return to sender is more for international packages that are flagged by customs. If you ordered under an alias and wrote return to sender on the package when you received it.... there's no legal documentation that attaches you to that package and why it's on your doorstep. For all you know, the foreign pharmacy just sent it to the wrong address. You don't even know what AS are. I know what return to sender means and why I would do that for legal purposes...........my question was......what if the mail man decides to actually Return to SEnder???????// And takes your shit and you never see it again? What would be the point???? I don't see how you are going to have a package outside your house with "Return to Sender" on it for 3 or 4 days and it not get returned? See what I mean? Every time I have done that with regular mail that actually came to my house and was the wrong address it was always picked up the next day by the mailman if I put "Return to Sender" on it, understand??? Okay, and how would I do this if I am living with someone that isn't supposed to know about it? I can't just keep something by the door. They'll keep reminding me to put it outside. Then my next question would be, so I do wait just 3 to 4 days??? And that's long enough??

How about this. Take everything out of the package hide it, fill the package with garbage and stick it back in the mail with return to sender on it. Now they have the package and you have your stuff. Pretty simple! IP: Logged |

I think alot has to do with quantity.If you are ordering for yourself,they arent going to spend the manpower to bust a bber trying to make some gains.If you are moving big time gear,then you might want to take precautions.Steroids aren't on the #1 drug bust list,like coke,heroine,and the biggie,MDMA,big time crack down on foriegn packages containing pills.Thats why orals are not as easy to import as they used to be.Known as 2000-x,customs is allowed to x-ray all packages incoming.Thanks to Y2K scare now its on for everything.Big bro will be screening your sewers pretty soon to see what youv'e been taking. Chill out, bro. If the DEA is behind the package.... they've probably got a fake delivery set up -- so the first thing that should tip you off is that you've got to sign for the package... If that's not it, they're not going to wait four fuckin' days to make a move if they think you're a bigtime AS dealer. Let it sit there until the next morning and you're fine. I wouldn't worry as long as it is a small amount, just don't get stupid and order enough where it looks like you are going to sell. I say maybe 10-20 amps per package or 2-3 vials of 10 cc. Just keep it small and lay low! If they want you bad enough they will get you, even if you write return to sender on it, they will probably just bust your ass or make you sign. IP: Logged |

They can not see you open the package. All you need to do is remove the stuff from your dorm.(do not put it in your car)If they search your dorm they will not find anything. just remember to use gloves so they do not get your prints from the inside of you package. They can not prove that you removed the contents if you leave it outside. "Any one could tamper with it". After a week when you find out that nobody is watching you go ahead and start your cycle. The thing you should worry about the most is it not showing up at all. Then your out a lot of money! It is in their best interest to keep the package and not deliver it at all if they find anything. I thought it was just customs that were x-raying all parcels from outside the U.S. not in the U.S. I definitely agree that getting gear from fed-ex inside the states is less risky than getting something from outside the U.S. A buddy of mine hopped over to mexico and got shit for me and fed-exed to me until he got busted at the border. They aren't going to check domestic mails as much as non-domestic. IP: Logged |

he did it on a regular basis for over a year. Came back into the states and fed-exed my order. Got busted by customs with a suitcase full....or at least I'm assuming it was that much because that was his usual thing..don't know what is going to happen, haven't heard from him since.....and no I didn't get my shit that time. I think what Jboole means is that he lives in the dorms and when you live in the dorms and get a package, the Residence Hall Advisor can search the package and make sure it aint drugs or AS. If I was JBoole I'd open the box, give the gear to a trusted friend off campus, fill the box with candy reseal it and say it was a care pakage from Dad's office or gramps. IP: Logged |

I know in the good old USA its a federal offense to open someone elses mail or packages, I know there is no way a Resident Hall Advisor can open and search a package sent to someone else, its unbelievably illegal peroid, there is no way that can or will happen. It can take up to 4 days before big brother comes knocking. Sometimes it can be hard to find a judge to get a warrant. Especially if you are living in the sticks. ------------------
