How do you guys feel about doing abs on a cycle? I'm going to be doing my first cycle in a few weeks and I was told that doing ab workouts would give me a bloated look. Just looking for some opinions. My abs aren't well defined which is why I would really like to him them hard while on the stuff....

Who the hell told you that...work the hell out of EVERY muscle group!!! I'm tall and lean and my abs are my pride and joy. If your worried about bloating, your using the wrong AS.

Try using sus and primo or maybe some eq. That's just a suggestion I have not used any AS yet. But that's what I pick up on, ask E2. As far as doing abs Just don't do any weighted exercises or really light weights for ab exercises.

I work my abs hard and heavy when on a cycle (just as I do when off cycle). Any bloating you get is just water weight, and will come off when you go off. Keep your water intake high; some people use a diuretic to counter water retention, but unless you have a solid reason, don't bother. Clomid and/or Nolva during cycle can help as well, since a lot of water retention is as a result of testosterone converting to estrogen.

In my experience the abdominal muscles respond, too well to gear. I.e. giving a layer of 'overly' thick muscle. This gives you a wider (although muscular) waist reducing the visual impact of your shoulder to waist ratio.

But then again I could just be MAD!

I'm trying to add some muscle mass for the summer and I'd love to have a nice six pack when I'm at the beach. I do have clomid on hand, but I wasn't planning on stacking the d-bol with anything. Will I be able to keep most of the gains when I come off??

BTW, I am a Springsteen fan!! "BRUUUUCE!!!!"

You will lose alot of your gains from a d-bol only cycle, because you will probably hold a lot of water. If you can, I would stack it with a test. good luck. Also, clomid will help you retain more of your gains since it gets your natural test production back going quicker. I have heard you have to work twice as hard after a cycle to keep all your gains?
