I am doing 500mg sust per week, and started 20mg d-bol last week. I eat around 200-300 grams of protein per day and train hard. So far in 4 1/2 weeks I have gained 11 pounds. I 6' was 194 now 205. Do these gains sound ggod so far? Thanks for any replies! IP: Logged |

Why did you start the d-bol so late? How long is your cycle. if you have another 3.5 weks to go that doesnt sound so bad bro. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I didn't plan on throwing in the d-bol, but I got a good deal on some so I threw it in. I do have three weeks left at 500mg then 250 for the last week. I got clomid for the end as well. By the way, I have also went in two notches on my belt. Thanks for the reply bro! IP: Logged |

11 lbs in 4 weeks is about right. Next time start the d-bol at the same time as the sust. IP: Logged |

When you say you went in two notches on your belt, do you mean, your waste size went down? If so, do you seem to be mroe lean while on Sust, I'm gettin ready to start Sust, and am curious to what to expect. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the replies. Yes next time I will definetly have my d-bol before I start my cycle. I didn't plan on throwing it in, but the I couldn't turn it down for the price, (.50 per). When I say I went in two notches on my belt I mean my waist has slimmed down. I do around 20min of cardio every day pre-workout. And I also am really tearing up my abs. IP: Logged |

SOUNDS LIKE GREAT GAINS ON ONLY SUST. KICK THE D-BOL UP TO 40mg/day FOR 2 WEEKS THEN TAPER. NORMALLY YOU WOULDN'T DO ANY CARDIO ON A BULKING CYCLE. IP: Logged |

Congrats on the muscle gains, sounds good to me. And you combine that with the fact that you've also lost weight around the midsection.............I'm planning to do a cycle of Sus soon and was wondering as a previous reply was, do you think the Sus helps cut you while also building muscle? Or do you think that's mostly attributed to the cardio? David IP: Logged |

I am not sure but sust is mostly used for just bulking. However my 20 min of cardio per day are much more intense while I am on it. I guess it all depends on what type of workout and diet you incorporate with the sust. I get a lot af cardio also with my rugby practices and games every week but I am trying to add mass. I eat a LOT of protein and watch my diet very carefully. I was already in great shape before I started the cycle, I ran every day for at least three miles. That is why I was so suprised to lose the size in my waist, but like I stated in an earlier post I have been tearing my abs up every workout. If you are wanting to really cut up you would probably be better of doing a clen/cytomel(t3) combo after your sust cycle and just concentrate on bulking for now. I have already got my gear for that so I am going to do it. I am going to have to get a big stick to beat the girls off this summer. No wait I already got one of those! IP: Logged |

I'm about to start sus too i'm just curious what side effect if any have you gotten, also i'm 5'9, 160lbs and ripped, i'm looking to gain mass do u think i could put on 10 -15lbs on just sus alone at 500mg a week or should i definetly stack with d-bol. plus i can't get my hands on clomid only hcg u think that will do the job, thanks. I believe most people you will talk to on this board will tell that HCG is BAD. Clomid is very easy to find. Send me an e-mail and I will help you out. The side effects, so far have been mostly pretty mild. I feel a little depressed every day except when i am in the gym, I am a little shorter tempered with my girl(man I gotta stop that before she leaves). However side effects are different for everybody. My recovery time after a workout is amazingly quick, I feel like I could almost work every body part everyday! The sust is good and for some reason I am not looking forward to going off cycle at all, I am really going to miss it, sniff. So maybe it is a little addictive? By the way I forgot to mention that you should certainly throw some d-bol if you can at the beginning of your cycle. I t will help get things going alot quicker, since sust takes about 2 to 3 weeks to start really seing good gains. I would have used mine at the beginning but my situation as stated above prohibited me from doing this. IP: Logged |

Pauly, What kind of sides have you seen? I am 20 and am worried about acne. I also Want to do sustenon with Deca or EQ which do you think I should go with? I think I am going to end the cycle with some winny to solidify Gains and rip-up. Give me some insight. IP: Logged |

I listed my sides above in an earlier reply. I haven't gotten even one zit, but I am not really prone to it either. A deca/sust cycle is very popular and you can find a lot of info on others guys experiences with this by utilizing the search engine feature integrated in this board. I have never used the winny so I can't help you there, however I will probably incorporate it into my next cycle. Also, the sust has made me horney 24/7, but with deca the effect can be the opposite, (deca-dick), so I don't know what will happen when you stack them together.
