Hey bro dont stress out so much... 14lbs in 5 weeks isnt that bad, especially at the low doses your taking. Depending on how much time left in your cycle, you may get another 5lbs. That would be 20lbs. How can you complain about that? Keep pumping bro. ------------------ IP: Logged |

You're disappointed with a 14 lb gain? While not fantastic, it ain't bad, especially at 5'7". At this point, just finish the cycle like you had planned. Just make sure your eating and resting enough and frickin' work like a dog in the gym. I've read that some have the opinion that receptors can be up-regulated during a cycle to a certain extent through very strong muscle contractions. The more, the better. You're goal in the gym, as a A/S user, at this point would be to try maximize this. So, fairly long workouts (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours for me) with as much weight as you can handle. It sounds as though you are making very good gains for a low-dose cycle. Since you seem to be pyramiding up, you may realize more gains toward the end of your cycle. Doc Ponch's suggestion may have some merit; let us know how everything goes. IP: Logged |

I personaly don't give a flying fuck about weight anymore. I don't BB to compete. I enjoy watching myself getting bigger and stronger. Hearing people say how they noticed that I am getting bigger is enough for me, not the numbers on a scale. keep lifting. IP: Logged |

I'm usually a big lurker (old usenet term for one who mostly reads and doesn't post often). But man, you're one of the luckiest guys on this board! You've got a strong, supportive, understanding, and probably very encouraging wife training and living life right there beside you. AND you're BOTH on gear! How many bros here would kill to get a chick that at least would support their use of gear let alone do a cycle with them?! Not a flame at all--but I'd be damn thankful if I were you. I'm climbing off the soap box now... Stay big bro -Z IP: Logged |

That awesome!! 14lbs ain't shabby at all plus you're not done yet. You might have another 6 lbs left to gain. You've made great progress be happy with that. Just try something new for your next cycle. IP: Logged |

Fourteen pounds? Damn, that is a good gain from taking next to nothing. I am dieting for a couple of contests and I am not getting to where I want to be as quickly as I would like. Not to mention the winstrol shots keep clogging, even in a 22-23 gauge needle. Talk about frustrating. Anyway, that is part of the war, the personal battles that we wage to get where we want to be!! Hang in there ------------------ IP: Logged |

14 lbs in to the 5th week is decent for a first cycle that still has 2-4 weeks left-like someone before said-it aint over yet and you may gain more-it comes in spurts for most. id have one week-3lbs, and then the next-POW 8 lbs! you cant predict exactly how and when it will come. to put things into perspective-keep in mind that if you are looking or thinking of pro builds when you feel negative-keep in mind that theyve done dozens of cycles at gram levels that would make most of us cringe-and then what they must be paying!! now im 205 solid and 5'7" also and im 38 years old. my first cycle was 10 years ago, with many years between of no cycles but i NEVER quit training-just got to know my body better naturally before going back on. 10 years ago i weighed 145lbs! so ive gained maybe a little over 5lbs/year permanent over 10 years. dont trust the scales! trust more the mirror and what others comment-esp those who dont see you often! KEEP THE FAITH AND GROW! MZ IP: Logged |
