If you are very concerned about gyno or if you are predisposed to gyno, then you should take 50mg of Clomid every other day during your cycle. That will lower the chances of gyno dramatically. The reason you should not use Nolvadex until nipple irritation is present is because it is believed that Nolvadex will hurt your gains if used during the cycle. If you do start to see itchy and irritated nipples then the dosage for Nolvadex would be 50mg/day until the irritation goes away and 25mg/day until the end of your cycle.

Depends on how much, and for how long. How many weeks? How much are you going to do? And yes, use Nolvadex at the signs of Gyno. Ranger IP: Logged |

I have not heard that taking 50mg of Clomid EOD will hurt your gains. Does anyone have any experience they would like to share on this topic? Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
