Stay on the board and get to know the monitors and vets. Once you earn the vet's respect, you can ask them to point you in the right direction. Since you aked this question, you will probably get a few e-mails from people who calim to be sources, but they are 99% scammers. I do not know of a legit source that e-mails people their list.
