What all does it help with? I remember hearing that it helps with just about everything, but what specifically is that? Does it increase muscle growth? Does it make you lose bodyfat? Increase your appetite? Increase energy levels? I am very interested in hearing what anyone takes it for.

It helps with energy levels. Won't help build muscle.Also there is a form of anemia related to b12 deficiancy.

I used to take B injections, I did notice an increase in energy. People claim its Placebo, but I'll vouch for it..I'm a B vet whhooohoo!

I often take 1000 mg as an appetite stimulant. Seems to work well as a hangover remedy as well.

i asked my doc for a prescription for b12 shots and he gave it to me,u can allso get it in any farm supplier.
i think there is no prablem with using the vets b12.
