Always take oral reforvit with meals or milk to coat your stomach. Reforvit always upsets my stomach unless I take it with meals. IP: Logged |

Yeah dude, take it with food, never on an empty stomach. Take it, wait an hour, and then work out. Also, 1/2 cc is a very low dosage. I recommend 1/2 cc three times a day. I take it an hour before I work out, an hour after I workout, and before I go to bed. I workout about noon time though, if you train later in the day, take it with breakfast, and then before and after your you work out. This helps to keep concentration levels in your body at a more constant level, which is the key. It does not stay in your system for long.

It's not gonna make you look like those poor ethopians with the huge bellies, if thats what you fear. The bloated look comes from retaining water, makes you look "puffy." Slim IP: Logged |
